Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly am I supporting?
This crowdfunding campaign is specifically to help me complete and release my Women of Éire album — my fourth studio album and my second since becoming an independent artist.
Is the Women of Éire album the same as the Women of Éire collective?
No, although the two are closely connected!
Women of Éire originally began as my fourth studio album project in late 2024, bringing together some of Ireland's most remarkable female artists to record music together.
As the album developed, it inspired something bigger: the creation of Women of Éire, an all-island female music collective, bringing these artists together beyond the recording studio for live performances and future creative projects.
So, while the album and collective share the same name and origins, they are two separate projects. This crowdfunding campaign is specifically to help complete and release the Women of Éire studio album, not to fund the collective or its live performances.
Who features on the album?
The album features collaborations with Caitríona O'Sullivan, Chantelle Padden, The O'Neill Sisters, Tara Howley, Caitríona Sherlock, Ciara Fox and Elle Marie O'Dwyer, alongside Irish dancer Róisín Lyons.
Have we heard anything from the album yet?
Yes! Ireland's Call, released on St Brigid's Day 2026, is the first single from the album and gives you a first taste of what I've been creating.
When will the album be released?
I'm currently working very hard towards completing the production of Women of Éire before the end of 2026, with the aim of releasing the album in early 2027.
As with any ambitious independent recording project, timelines can sometimes shift but rest assured, I'm doing everything I can to bring this very special album to you as soon as possible!
What will my contribution actually pay for?
Your support goes directly towards bringing the album across the finish line — including recording, musicians, production, mixing, mastering, artwork and graphic design, photography and video, manufacturing, promotion, project management and the many other costs involved in independently releasing an album of this scale.
Why crowdfund instead of funding the album yourself?
I've already invested significantly in making Women of Éire. But an album of this scale, involving so many artists, musicians and creative professionals, is a huge undertaking for an independent artist. Crowdfunding allows me to keep the vision ambitious rather than compromising on what we set out to create.
Have you crowdfunded an album before?
Yes! In 2021, supporters helped me crowdfund Live at THT Galway, which went on to become one of the milestones of my career. Five years later, I'm taking another leap — only this time, the project is even bigger.
Is this basically a pre-order?
It's so much more than a pre-order!
This crowdfunding campaign is an invitation to become part of the creation of the Women of Éire album and help bring this ambitious project to life!
That's why I've put so much thought and love into creating a wide range of exclusive rewards and experiences, from behind-the-scenes footage and private listening opportunities to personalised keepsakes, special recognition in the album booklet and even private house concerts!
Of course, some rewards include a copy of the finished album, but the idea is to offer something much more personal than simply purchasing a CD.
It's about being part of the journey, sharing in the excitement and helping make something truly special possible!
What happens if we don't reach the crowdfunding target?
Good news — this isn't an all-or-nothing campaign! Even if we don't reach the target, your contribution will still go towards completing and releasing the album, as funds are not held by Bandzoogle.
Of course, I'm hoping we can reach — and maybe even exceed — the target together! The more we raise, the more I'll be able to put towards giving the Women of Éire album the production, release and promotion it deserves.
What happens if we raise more than the target?
Every additional euro allows me to do more with the album and its release — whether that's investing further in visual content, promotion, manufacturing or helping the music reach a wider audience. Nothing will be wasted!
Can I support the campaign if I don't live in Ireland?
Absolutely. Support from anywhere in the world is hugely appreciated. For physical rewards, just make sure to check the relevant postage/shipping information when choosing your reward.
What if I can't afford to contribute?
Please only give within your means. Sharing the campaign, telling a friend, following the journey or listening to the music when it's released genuinely helps too!
When will I receive my reward?
This will depend on the reward you choose. I'll include estimated delivery dates with each reward and keep supporters updated throughout the process if anything changes.
Will crowdfunding supporters get updates on the album?
Yes! I want the people helping me make this album to feel part of the journey. I'll share updates as we work towards completion and release, including some behind-the-scenes glimpses along the way.
Can I contribute more than the amount listed for a reward?
Absolutely — if the platform allows additional contributions, any extra support is hugely appreciated and will go straight back into the project.
How can I get in touch if I have any questions?
If you have any questions about the campaign, the album, your contribution or one of the rewards, just email info@sinatheilmusic.com
